Robert J. Smith, Sr.

Joined his father and brothers in the family funeral business in the early 1940's after completing studies at DePaul University and Worsham College. He has been very active in church and community volunteer organizations including work at St. Genevieve Church, St. Celestine Church and Queen of All Saints Basilica. He was on the Board of Directors and is a past president of the Sauganash Community Association. Also active in funeral service he has been president of the Chicago, Illinois and National Funeral Directors Associations.

Robert J. Smith, Jr.

Bob joined the family business in 1980 after working several years in the banking and insurance fields and serving in the United States Army. He received an MBA degree from DePaul University after obtaining a BA degree from Kansas University. He completed his mortuary studies at Worsham College. He also has been very active in funeral service organizations serving on numerous Illinois Funeral Director committees and as a board member of National Selected Morticians. He currently serves on the finance committee at St. Theresa Parish in Palatine and has been a board member of both the Palatine and Sauganash Chamber of Commerce. He currently resides in Glenview with his wife, Mary, and children Kelly & Jay.

Jeanne Marie Smith Jardien

Jeanne Marie has a biology degree from Trinity University in Washington DC. She grew up in the family funeral business. After a career in administration at the Chicago Park District, she joined the family firm. She is a certified preplanning consultant and handles funeral prearrangements. She has been actively involved in Queen of All Saints Basilica parish for over 35 years and is active in community organizations. She is the proud parent of two young adults.

Dana S. Riess

Dana was raised in Central Illinois and graduated from Worsham College of Mortuary Science. She has worked for Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home since 1990. Currently, she resides in Chicago with her husband and two children.
