Mr. Theodore W. Barg Sr.

Theodore “Ted” Barg, Sr., age 89, of Leesburg, FL, formerly of Chicago passed away on January 9, 2010. He was a devoted spouse to Elayne (Schertzing) and Matilda (nee Held), a loving father of three, grandfather of five, great grandfather of one, and beloved step-father and step-grandfather of many. After serving as a proud member of the Air Force for three years during WWII, he joined Klein Tools where he stayed for 44 years and considered them his second family. Ted loved his travel, woodworking, gardening, fishing and just having a good time. We loved him and he will be sorely missed.
Funeral Information
Funeral Friday 9:30 am from Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 6150 N. Cicero Ave., to St. Mary of the Woods Church, 7000 N. Moselle, Chicago, for Mass at 10:00 am. Interment Maryhill Cemetery. Visitation Thursday 3-9 pm.
