Mr. Theodore "Ted" Panoplos

Theodore "Ted" Panoplos, U.S. Army Veteran Korean War. Beloved husband for 57 years of Mae nee Chakinis. Loving father of June (Michael) Goudes, Liane (Brad) Hall, Cynthia (Keith) Olsen, Sam (Suzanne) Panoplos and Tom Panoplos. Proud Papou of Allie, Annie, Lauren, Jack, Zachary, Amanda and Alexander. Devoted son of the late Samuel and Jennie Panoplos. Dear son-in-law of the late Tom and Angeline Chakinis. Fond uncle, cousin, and friend of many. Ted was a member of Penn State, U.S. Army, and Senior Olympics Basketball Teams- honored as NHIBT Hall of Fame inductee.

Funeral Information

Visitation Friday from 4:00pm to 9:00pm at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 6150 N. Cicero Ave., Chicago. Family and friends will meet Saturday morning at Sts. Peter & Paul Greek Orthodox Church 1401 Wagner Rd., Glenview for visitation from 9:30am until time of funeral service at 10:00am. Rev. Fr. James Dokos officiating. Interment Elmwood Cemetery. Arrangements by JOHN G. ADINAMIS FUNERAL DIRECTOR, LTD.
