Josephine “Jo” J. Schroeder, nee Brodnan, 94. Born December 24, 1917 in Arlington Heights, IL, she passed away January 29, 2012, surrounded by her family.
Beloved wife of the late Walter. Loving mother of Lawrence (Rosemary) Schroeder, Sandra (Michel) Jenkins and Thomas (Betty) Brodnan. Cherished sister-in-law of Shirley (the late Francis) Matt. Proud grandmother of Diane, Larry James, Shawn, Cameron and Skyler and great grandmother of 11. Fond aunt to Jan, Mary Jo, Barbara, David and Chris.
A graduate of Arlington High School, where she was on the cheerleading and basketball teams. Avid golfer and member of the Hole in One Club at Arlington Lakes.
Funeral Information
Memorial Visitation, Wednesday, February 1, 2012, 3:00-9:00PM at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 185 E. Northwest Hwy, Palatine. Memorial Mass Thursday, February 2, 2012, 10:00AM at St. Anne Catholic Church, 120 N. Ela Street, Barrington. Interment will be held privately at St. Mary Cemetery, Buffalo Grove, IL.
