Raymond I. Skarzynski, age 92, beloved husband of the late Betty, nee Culler. Loving father of Michael (Emily) Skarzynski and Joanne Foote. Cherished grandfather of Lisa, Linda, Laura, Jennifer and Jeanne. Great grandfather of Dominic, Nicholas, Katlyn, Catherine, Anthony and Andrew. Dear brother of the late Alice, Veronica, Anthony, Helen, Harriett, Walter, Loretta and Virginia. Fond uncle to many.
A WWII Coast Guard Veteran, retired Elmwood Park mailman for over 33 years and Fourth Degree member of the Knights of Columbus.

Funeral Tuesday, January 10, 2012, 9:30AM from Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 185 E. Northwest Hwy., Palatine to St. Theresa Church for Mass at 10:00AM. Interment St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery. Visitation Monday, January 9, 2012, 3:00-9:00PM.
