Peter Sorrenti, age 81, beloved husband of the late Marilyn, nee Johnson, for 50 years. Loving father of Chuck Sorrenti and Rita (John) Byrns. Cherished grandfather of Johnny Byrns. Dear brother of Rae Ann (Dan) Scandiff and brother in law of Bernice (the late Roland) Johnson, Robert (Gretchen) Johnson and Carol (Richard) Gordon. Fond uncle of Judy (Carmen) Cortese, Mary Ann (Jim) Lapinskas, Dan (Donna) Scandiff, Richard Johnson, Dan Johnson and Jennifer (George) Georgiafanctis. Great uncle of many.

Funeral Information

Visitation Monday, January 4, 2010, from 3:00-8:00pm at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 185 E. Northwest Hwy., Palatine. Funeral Tuesday, January 5, 2010, 9:30am from the funeral home to St. Theresa Church for Mass at 10:00am. Interment St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery.
