Thomas C. Gekas, Vet. WWII U.S Navy. Beloved husband of Constance T. (nee) Peppas. Loving father of Canella (the late Mark) Woyar, Charles (Mary) and James (Terry) Gekas. Devoted son of the late Charles and Canella. Proud grandfather of Christine (James) Pellum, Laura and Jennifer Gekas. Dear brother of Socrates “Charlie” (Olga) Gekas and the late Ernest (Constance) Gekas. Brother-in-law of William J. Peppas, Bertha (Sam) Argiris and Stella (John) Cocalis. Fond uncle of many. Funeral Information

Visitation Monday from 4:00pm to 9:00pm at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home 6150 N. Cicero Ave., Chicago. Family and friends will meet Tuesday morning at Sts. Peter & Paul Greek Orthodox Church 1401 Wagner Rd. (at Lake Ave.) Glenview, IL 60025 for funeral service at 10:00am. Interment Elmwood Cemetery.
