David Lee Durham David Lee Durham, 58, loving husband of Andra; beloved father of Edward; loving son of Edward E. and Wildred Durham; brother of Rebecca Durham (Gregory) Reder; uncle of Alexia Soare and Heidi and Mark Reder.
David was the 106th President of the Rotary Club Of Chicago.

Visitation Saturday, September 4, 9:30 am until time of Funeral Service 10:30 am at Mihovk-Rosenacker Funeral Home, 10211 Plainfield Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45211. Interment Rest Haven Memorial Park, Cincinatti, OH. Memorial visitation Tuesday, September 7th from 6:00 pm until time of Memorial Service, 7:00 pm at the Union League Club, 65 West Jackson Blvd, Chicago, IL 60604.
