Mr. William Rieck

William F. Rieck, Jr., 91, beloved husband of Cathleen, devoted and loving father of Cathleen Rosecrans, the late Robert Rieck, Thomas Rieck (Catherine Dunlap) and Diane Rieck (Jason Nutter); grandfather of Greg Rieck, Daniel Rieck (Katherine), Will Rosecrans, and Rhett Nutter, great-grandfather of Mia Rieck. William, a World War II veteran and member of American Legion 134, served as a Major in the U. S. Army. He spent over 50 years of dedicated service to Illinois credit unions as both Director and President. His proudest moments were in service to his country and his family.
Funeral Information
Visitation at Smith Corcoran Funeral Home (773-736-3833), 6150 N. Cicero Ave., Chicago, on Friday, January 22 from 3-9 PM.. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary of the Woods, 7033 N. Moselle, Chicago, on Saturday, January 23, at 10 AM. with interment at All Saints Cemetery.
Donations Information
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Mercy Home for Boys and Girls.
