Beloved grandson of the late Antoinette and Lloyd Scott and the deceased Cook County Commissioner Irene C. Hernandez and Joe Hernandez. Cherished nephew of William Hernandez, Irene M. Hernandez, Cynthia Hernandez Kolski, Joseph (Janet) Hernandez, Debra (Fernando) Romero, Diane (Arturo) Zendejas, Roque Anderson. Brother in law of Jim (Larisa) Lahey and Rick (Trisha) Lahey. Fond uncle of Ania, Marisa, Lauren and Zachary Martens; Ryan, Sean, Matthew and Alexia Lahey.

Funeral Information

Funeral Mass Friday 10:30 AM at Old St Patrick's Church, 700 W Adams St., Chicago. Interment Private. Visitation Thursday 3-9 PM at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 6150 N. Cicero Ave., Chicago and Friday 9:30-10:30 AM at church.
