Our days at Bell & Howell bring back many fond memories. Good times, bad times & many, many fun times. Every spring, driving downtown to get department picnic permits. Those crazy company parties, picnics & outings. The people all worked together and loved it. God Bless My Friend. Enjoy the new venture !

Our deepest sympathies to Dawn, Denise, and your families. I knew Dennis professionally through his career at Elkay, and as a personal friend after. Dennis had a major impact on us all, through his visionary leadership, his fortitude to exceed, and his personal engaging approach. He was a humble man, that always cared for his team, and was always in our corner, and supported us all with confidence. He was a true professional, with a big heart, and was a true leader of and a man of character. Dennis made such a huge impact to many our lives and careers at Elkay. Dennis's years of leadership with Elkay, along with Bonnie's care and loving support of him, truly made a mark that will be remembered forever. May God be with the family through this time, with his overwhelming love, power, peace and comfort.

I had the pleasure of working with Dennis during his entire career at Elkay. He was always upbeat and positive. Over the years, he had many challenges thrown his way and always excelled at each. He and Bonnie were of course avid golfers, fun to be with and truly enjoyed the game and the people around them. We will miss Dennis and the smile he brought to his life and others.

Dennis is my cousin and I missed some of the growing up years since we moved to Arizona. We reconnected when he and Bonnie would come to Arizona and I have some fond memories of taking them to Tombstone and some other tourist attractions…We also visited them in Chicago and met some of their family. My love and prayers to the family.

Whenever I think of Dennis Scully, the very first word that comes to mind is ‘character’. It was a privilege to have had the opportunity to work with him. He set a standard for excellence and integrity. Dennis was one of the finest men that I have known. I am confident that he and Bonnie have already resumed their journey… together once again.

Our condolences to all of the family. Dennis was a good friend. We have so many good memories of the fun times we had with him and Bonnie.

I am heart broken to hear of this. Dennis held a vey place in my heart! He welcomed me to Elkay when I first arrived many years ago, and was a special friend though the years I was there, both on the job and off. But, I was not unusual or exceptional in that way. He was a special guy for many many people at Elkay. I, along with many others, respected him greatly for many reasons; a true gentleman with great humility and great character. It was never about him, but rather about the people he served. He loved them and cared for them in very special ways .. and they loved him! I remember especially the profound respect the people of the Savanna and Lanark plants, whom I had frequent contact with, had for him. He earned their respect through his deep respect for them. Much the same was true of his fellow Officers and the entire management team that worked for him, or with him, over the years. He was bright, insightful, knowledgeable, articulate, and had unfailing, impeccable, integrity .. always striving for the best outcomes for the people and the Company he loved! Yes, we loved his humor and his company for it was, even in stressful times, calming and reassuring, and most enjoyable. Among my fondest memories of my time at Elkay was my time with him! He made all our lives just a little bit richer, more enjoyable, and more fulfilling! His achievements at Elkay were great and many, but none were more important than the leadership example he set for his fellow leaders. His passing marks a sad milestone in my life, and that of many, but I will always be thankful for my time with him .. It was a great blessing! He can now be again with the woman he loved so very much. God Bless you Dennis. A job well done .. worthy and faithful servant!
