So sorry for the loss of such a wonderful man. He and Terry were responsible for introducing me to Tom Spencer Senior who was a wonderful mentor to me when I began my work life as an adjuster. Tom Junior picked up the mentor role by helping me get a job at Allstate. Such a wonderful man and wonderful mentor to me. Danny and I so enjoyed getting together for dinner during the annual vacations in Clearwater. That wonderful smile I will miss forever. Terry, Stephanie and Michael my love is sent to you all.

Richard and I will miss Tom more than words can say. So many fun times; impossible to count. From weekly golf games with Richard back in the day to casino outings in recent years. So many fun times in FL and Chicago. Loved our lunches at Cooper's Hawk! Who could forget the fantastic trip to Yellowstone in 2014! What I will miss the most is the informal get-togethers playing cards. Don't think I've ever laughed so hard! Rest in peace, our dear friend. Love, Donna and Richard

He had the ability to connect with people instantly which is what allowed him to have such a successful career and demonstrated that he truly cared about the person. At the end of the day and most importantly was how much Tom loved his family. Love and prayers for you all.

I haven't seen Tommy in 60 years but I remember him so well. He was this cute, tall, fun basketball player and I had a huge crush on him. Glad to see he had a wonderful wife and two children, and I can imagine how proud he was of them. I bet he's playing basketball with Butch Hearn in heaven right now! My sincere condolences to his family.

Tom, thank you for giving me many career opportunities and lots of great memories. I always felt you cared what happened to your employees and brought out the best in us. You made my life better having worked for you and I've considered you a friend throughout many years. You will be missed and may you rest in peace. My condolences to all the family.

I'm so thankful to have been able to grow up nextdoor to this great man. I will forever remember all the evenings we spent playing horse out front in the driveway, but my all time favorite will be the memories of him walking out his front door and flexing up his arm asking me "which way is the beach?" Rest in peace Mr. Spencer until we meet again.

Dearest Terry, Stephanie and Michael, It would take a book to share all the wonderful memories and times I had with Tommy. Having known him since Jr. High I felt blessed Knowing him. He had a wonderful sense of human, a loving and kind heart and treated everyone with respect. A great sportsman, especially Basketball, came easy for Tommy but he never forgot the camaraderie with his teammates or friends. My life was better off for having known him. My condolences & love to his wife Terry, daughter Stephanie and son Michael. God Bless🌹
