Katie - there are so many things I will miss but most will be our lunches, the candy/cookies you gave to Sydney and Anthony, the 'treats' and mostly, our talks. You are truly an inspiration and will be sorely missed.
To the Buyck family - my sincerest sympathies and I hope the fond memories help you through your grief.

To the Buyck Family: I am so sorry for your loss. Katie and I worked together at Allstate. She was funny, bright and very kind. I remember one time she called me in her office and I thought " oh no I did something wrong" I went in there and she asked how I was doing? I told her ok but I had allot of work to do. Katie said she had a secret to relieve stress and I asked her what's the secret? Katie then pulled me over and opened up her desk drawer and she had 30 " Take Five Candy Bars" and she gave me one and told me I was doing a great job!!! Katie cared so much about everyone and she really adored children I will miss her and that laugh she had. I am glad to have known her...
Katie, I spoke with you late Friday. You were happy and cheery as you always were. I had to step outside for a bit of a cry. You will be missed.

Katie was such a beautiful and strong woman, with a smile on her face that was infectious. Katie was a huge support to my mother, sister and I when my grandmother passed away. I will never forget the love that she showed to us during that time. She will be greatly missed and always remembered for her love, her beauty and the memories she left behind with our family. Rest well cousin Katie. Love you most.

Dear Katie's family,
I am SO devastated at this news so I cannot imagine the pain you are suffering. I hope you are all able to find peace in this. Katie was a WONDERFUL person who did what she could to help when I worked at Walgreens with her. It was a hard project and she always offered the best encouragement and treats to help. I will remember her ALWAYS.
God Bless you.
